Watch the work
We sit with the process as it happens today — what gets typed, what gets skipped, where the time goes.
Scope & quote
A written description of what we'll build and a fixed price. If it's too expensive to be worth it, we'll say that.
Build in stages
Something usable early, then refinement. You steer while it's still cheap to steer.
Hand it over
Installed, documented, and trained. The code is yours, and so is the right to hire someone else next time.
Fair questions
Do I really own the source code?
Yes, on handover, in writing. You can hand it to another developer, change it yourself, or leave it alone for five years. We don't hold it hostage and we don't license it back to you.
What if the fixed price turns out to be wrong?
Then it's our problem, not yours — that's the point of quoting instead of billing hourly. The exception is when you change what you're asking for mid-build; then we re-scope and re-quote the difference openly before continuing.
We're tiny. Are we too small to bother with?
No — small is the whole business. If your problem is genuinely a $250 consult and an afternoon of your own time, we'd rather tell you that than sell you a build you don't need.
Can you work with the systems we already have?
Usually. Bring the list of what you run on the first call and we'll be straight about what connects cleanly, what connects awkwardly, and what doesn't connect at all.
